The panel introduces three sets of brother directing duos: the Mitchells (sci-fi creature features), the Bambis (prestige drama), and the Jorgenson-Gintys (indie arthouse).
"I'm Salmon Jorgenson-Ginty. This is my little baby brother."
"We are responsible for a lot of sci-fi original programming. We made Tarantula Hurricane."
Salmon Jorgenson-Ginty reveals he is only ten years old, leading to a discussion about his dark, visceral arthouse films like 'The Color of What' which he directed at age seven.
"I'm ten. Double digits club, very recent."
"I just remember such a visceral sex scene in that movie."
Alex explains his 'kind' dating strategy which involves slipping his phone number into a woman's tote bag at a farmers market without ever speaking to her, while Salmon reveals Alex was kicked off Raya for a movie-related caption.
"I'm not speaking to her because I don't want to infringe on her space or her time, and so I'm just going to put my number in there."
Brody and Keith Mitchell insist they don't live together despite owning a house they call 'the office' where they sleep seven nights a week, 51 weeks a year, while Brody's family lives in San Diego.
"It's first and foremost where we work, and then if we end up falling asleep there, I guess we wake up there."
Salmon reveals he is only ten years old and recently joined the 'double digits club,' having directed his first Slamdance film at age nine. He insists he no longer takes nap times.
"People kind of like, they react positively when I say how old I am, so I kind of like saying it. I'm ten."
The Jorgenson-Ginty brothers pitch a noir thriller follow-up to Babe the pig titled 'The Babe Who Killed Me,' leading to a discussion about the intelligence of pigs on set.
"I don't know who was directing the movie at a certain point. Whether it was me or whether it was the pig."
Salmon reveals he is only ten years old and discusses his 'visceral' arthouse films, including a decapitation scene in 'The Color of What' that he co-wrote at age seven.
